Delivery Policy

  1. FREE delivery for most items, apart from furnitures. Delivery fee for furnitures varies depending on size and weight of each furniture and will be stated in product description section and added on top of final price when checking out.
  2. Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. However, during the busy Christmas period there will be the usual inevitable delays. Unfortunately, these seasonal factors are beyond our control and we can do nothing but ask our customer to bear this in mind if time would become an issue for them.
  3. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and approximate arriving date. 
  4. We are currently using Royal Mail to provide FREE delivery service to our customers nationwide. Delivery to area that is outside of UK, delivery fee will be discussed at an agreed amount and paid by buyers depending on where the item is shipping to.  
  5. Delivery time and fee for made-to-order product or out-of-stock items may vary individually depending on deliery method customers have choosen, therefore it will be discussed respectively.

Returns Policy

  1. Returns cost money and energy. To avoid returns, we will double check items are intact and safely packed before shipping them out, therefore we only accept returns given it is proofed been faulty at the time of dispatched out. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been proven to be damaged by others than us.
  2. For all returns, customers will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. We strongly recommend our customer to obtain proof of posting so that we can help chasing up or negotiating with courier in case that parcels lost in transit. 
  3. We are aiming to provide product just as it is described on website, therefore it is customer's responsibility to read item description carefully before buying. We can't accept request for return or exchange because changing mind other than product quality issue. We are more than happy to answer questions if customer is not sure about anything.

Refunds Policy

  1. All items and offers are subject to availability.
  2. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible to seek solution. If requested, a full refund will be given where your order has been cancelled and you have already paid for the goods.
  3. Unless we advise you otherwise, refunds will be credited to the source of the original payment, which means a credit to the bank account concerned.
  4. Refunds are made in full for the price of the goods concerned. They are not subject to any deductions to cover transaction and administration costs.
